How do I order?
Find the green button that says “Back this project.” Once you click on it, you can choose which reward tier you want, add-on extra items using our add-on menu, submit your payment info and check out!
After you’ve backed our project, you will receive a confirmation email from Kickstarter. In addition, you’ll receive an inbox message to confirm your successful backing.
You will not be charged and asked to provide any of your personal information until our campaign successfully finishes. If you need help confirming your order, please contact us at [email protected].

When do I provide my shipping address?
After the Kickstarter campaign ends, we’ll send you a short rewards survey via email. In this survey, you can provide your shipping address, manage your order items, and provide payment details for any remaining balance, including shipping. We will send you reminders the moment surveys have been sent out to your emails.

I've never done Kickstarter before. Can I trust you to guide me and deliver?
YES!! To date, we have successfully completed 11/11 campaigns and published +20 books, handling every step of the production and shipping without any problems.
Kickstarter has awarded us a “BACKER FAVORITE” badge because of our record and reputation.
We make it a point to work with established printers to ensure faster printing and delivery times for our backers. And if there are any unforeseen hiccups along the way, you will be the first to know what they are and how we will be handling them.

What is the age range of your books?
TOKOLOSHE HUNTERS is appropriate for Teens (16 and above). All of our graphic novels available in this campaign are appropriate for ages 9-14 (and above). You can also get our early reader book (which is for ages 4-7) using our add-on menu.

When can I expect to receive TOKOLOSHE HUNTERS after purchase?
Shipping of deluxe hardcovers of TOKOLOSHE HUNTERS are currently scheduled for Febrauary 2026. Depending on the destination and logistics conditions, delivery may take up to a few weeks. Digital rewards are currently scheduled for December 2025.

How are you navigating through tariffs?
We continue to closely follow updates to tariff regulations. All of our efforts will continue to be focused on keeping costs down, finding creative ways to offset rising costs and giving our backers the value we promise.
With that said, please know that tariffs are a tax and paid to the government. We do not get to keep any of that money. They differ by country and we have no control over them. They have caught us off guard just as much as you.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
